Refund policy:
Claims for damaged goods must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. We will kindly exchange your merchandise; however, we do not give refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any washed or altered merchandise. Please note, sales are final for discounted and clearance items.
Regarding Delivery:
Please allow 1-7 business days for processing orders for all in stock items. Orders for special items or those marked with a certain delivery date will be shipped accordingly. Your shipment will be sent after your order is processed. Unless you specify delivery method, we will send your shipment using either UPS Ground or FedEx Express Saver service (whichever is less in cost).
